I come to this work as a person first.
I have sat on both sides of the therapy chair. I know what it means to carry wounds that feel unspeakable. I know what it means to long for safety that feels out of reach. These moments shaped my commitment to walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths.
I work from a lens of trauma recovery, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment science, narrative therapy, Buddhist psychology, and neurobiology.
These approaches support the nervous system, the body, the heart, and the mind, helping you move toward balance and connection.
